New Highs
There is an expanding market for legal highs in the UK. They are sold in head shops that deal in drug paraphernalia, as well as at music festivals and over the internet. As one drug or group of chemicals are banned by the government, manufacturers release a new drug, chemically modified to stay within the law or a completely new substance.
