We try our best to dispatch your good within 24 hrs of receiving your order. During our busy periods, this may extend to 48 hrs, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any changes to normal delivery times.

We use Royal Mail to deliver your goods, so we are very much in their hands when it comes to delivery times once we have dispatched your order, but in theory, first class delivery is normally the next working day and second class within three working days.

How we calculate your postage cost

Your postal cost of your order is based on the total weight. The cost will be displayed during the checkout process, when you you will be given the option of first or second class postage.

Returns policy

We have a very simple returns policy; You can return anything.

Even though you can download most of our publications in full before you buy them and even though we check and review all of our publications for suitability, you can return anything you ordered within 7 days of delivery. We will pay the postage.
