We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hrs. During busy periods this may extend to 48 hrs. We will keep you informed of any changes to normal delivery times when you place your order. You will receive your order within 4-5 working days. If you need it sooner than this please contact us so we can arrange a special delivery.

We endeavour to hold all publications in stock, but  during times of high demand we may run low on items. If this happens it will be displayed on the publications web page. If you order contains an item which we can't deliver immediately, we will dispatch the balance of your order and forward on the out of stock items when they are available. You will only pay the postage cost you were quoted at the time you placed your order.

How we calculate your postage cost

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order. The cost of delivery is based on the orders total weight and the cost of packing. The final cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

We have provided free downloads for all of our publications on each publications web page and will provide free samples on request. Despite this if you decide what you have ordered is not suitable, you can return the items within 14 days, and we will pay the return postage.
